The Matter Method | Foundation Phase
The Foundation Phase is a 12-week structured training system designed to build strength, work capacity, and consistency before higher-intensity phases.
Rather than chasing fatigue or novelty, this program focuses on execution, progression, and earned intensity. You’ll move through three deliberate phases that establish a solid base, layer strength and hypertrophy, and refine conditioning and physique without sacrificing recovery.
This is not a random workout plan, there is already hundreds of those around, this is the entry point to how we train. If you have watched our athletes and indivdiuals progress, and unsure how to get started in your training, we recommend starting here. It will build you a very solid understanding and foundation.
Includes a downloadable PDF for reference and full access to the program via our training app for tracking and execution. Access to both and instructions to enter the app will be provided to you.
