These tees have been around for many moons, but we know that sometimes environmental cues matter, in fact, we are big believers and teach our clients to set up their environments for success. It is why we made this one about 2 years ago now.

If wearing a shirt that says "Leg Day FKN Matters" adds 2% more to your training intensity, or gets you over the line for a new PB then use it every leg day and set up your environment with it. The shirt goes on, no more FKN around.
