It is that time of year where you know you're going to be going to more events, having more conversations around what you are working on, tackle the age old remark of, "I thought you were eating healthy?!" and not having the time or effort to want to explain that you understand how to prioritise your intake so you can still enjoy what others are without taking away from your goals. We get it, we are seasoned veterans in this dept. Which is why we made this booklet. Because not everyone is a bodybuilder in prep, you can still enjoy events with family, friends or work without feeling like you're undoing your efforts.
This guide will help you navigate planning a plate, understanding what to stack and prioritise, and if you're tracking your intake, how to account for restaurant meals etc. This guide is something we usually limit to clients within the app, however, given this time of year we felt everyone could benefit from having these tools handy!
